Summer Enrichment

Summer School concentrates on academics. In addition, children have field-trips to forest preserves and intense creative experience.

Three / Four-Week Summer Sessions


  • Math – Mental Calculations. Estimations. Elements of Geometry
  • English – Grammar, Reading Comprehension, and Writing.
  • Science – Simple Machines, Experimental Chemistry, and Elements of Biology.
  • Social Science – Cultural studies, Evolution of Human Rights, and Time Geography.

Enrichment Activities

Robotics • Computer Programming • Chess / Checkers • Children’s Yoga • Relaxing on a lake or/and pool • Field trips to the parks and museums.

Creativity Development

Combination of Art, English, and drama classes will result in plays dedicated to The Middle Ages • The Renaissance • The Colonial America.

Summer School Program

First Session: June 6 – June 30

Independence Day extension  – July 1, 5

Second Session: July 6 – July 29

Third Session: August 1 – August 22

  • Weekly Full-Day:  9 a.m.- 6 p.m. — $375 ($75 per day)
  • Weekly Half-Day:  9 a.m.-1 p.m. — $220 ($44 per day)
  • Full Day:  9 a.m.- 6 p.m. — $80 (if not weekly)
  • Half Day:  9 a.m.-1 p.m. — $48 (if not weekly)

After-summer program extension  – August 23, 24, 25

Important Policies

7 to 16 year-old children are welcome. Younger siblings can be admitted on case-by-case basis.
Registration fee (non-refundable) – $25.
Sibling Discount – second child discount is $5 per full day.
Monthly discounts – $50. Multiple session discount – $100

Weekly payments are due one week in advance. To get discounts, payments have to be made by May 15th.

Refunds are available with prior notice except for registration fee.
Extension days are paid at 1-day rate unless the days are purchased with a full session.

Parents provide peanut and tree-nut free lunch or add $10 per day per child for a catered lunch provided by the summer school administration.
